 Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry:


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and chicken slices to the skillet and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
  • Cook for another minute or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
