PORK CHOPS



Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops:



Ingredients:

- 4 boneless pork chops

- Juice of 1 lemon

- Zest of 1 lemon

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

2. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.


Serve these grilled lemon herb pork chops with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a healthy and delicious meal. Enjoy!
