                                                 Grilled Herb-Marinated T-Bone Steak:


- 2 T-bone steaks (10-12 ounces each)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.

2. Place the T-bone steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill the T-bone steaks for about 6-8 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired doneness.

5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve the grilled herb-marinated T-bone steaks with a side of roasted vegetables or a quinoa salad for a healthy and flavorful meal. Enjoy!
