                                                                HEALTHY BONES

- 2 cups of kale or spinach (or a combination of both)

- 1 cup of broccoli florets

- 1 medium-sized orange

- 1 medium-sized carrot

- 1-inch piece of ginger

- Optional: a handful of fresh parsley or cilantro

1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.

2. Cut the kale or spinach leaves into smaller pieces.

3. Peel the orange and carrot, and cut them into chunks.

4. Place all the ingredients in a juicer or blender.

5. Blend or juice until you get a smooth consistency.

6. If using a blender, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

7. Pour the juice into a glass and stir well.

8. You can add ice cubes if desired.

9. Enjoy the juice immediately for maximum freshness and benefits.

This juice is packed with nutrients that promote bone health. Kale and spinach are excellent sources of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K, which are crucial for maintaining strong bones. Broccoli provides additional calcium, as well as vitamin C and other essential nutrients. Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which plays a vital role in collagen synthesis, a key component of bone health. Carrots add beta-carotene and antioxidants, while ginger provides a zesty flavor and has anti-inflammatory properties. Fresh parsley or cilantro can be added for extra flavor and nutrients.

Remember that while this juice can complement a bone-healthy diet, it's important to maintain a well-rounded and balanced diet overall. Additionally, consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice, especially if you have specific bone health concerns or conditions.
