                                                          Garlic Butter Shrimp Stir-Fry:


  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  • In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and sugar snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Note: This quick and flavorful stir-fry can be served over brown rice or quinoa for a satisfying meal. Feel free to add additional vegetables of your choice for added variety.
