Grilled Cajun Spiced Tilapia:


  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, and salt to create a spice mixture.
  • Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  • Grill the tilapia for about 3-4 minutes per side or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  • Note: Tilapia is a mild-flavored fish that absorbs spices well. Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning according to your preference. Serve the grilled tilapia with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
