VITAMIN C

 


                                 Simple and refreshing juice recipe that's rich in vitamin C:


Ingredients:

- 2 oranges

- 1 grapefruit

- 1 lemon

- 1 cup of strawberries

- Optional: a handful of fresh mint leaves


Instructions:

1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly.

2. Cut the oranges, grapefruit, and lemon in half and squeeze out the juice into a bowl or directly into a juicer.

3. Remove the stems from the strawberries and add them to the juicer or blender.

4. If using mint leaves, tear them into smaller pieces and add them to the juicer or blender as well.

5. Blend or juice until you get a smooth consistency.

6. If using a blender, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

7. Pour the juice into a glass and stir well.

8. You can add ice cubes if desired.
