Baked Dijon Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
  8. Note: This baked salmon recipe offers a balance of tangy and sweet flavors. Adjust the amount of Dijon mustard and honey to suit your taste preferences. Serve the salmon with steamed vegetables or a quinoa salad for a nutritious meal.
