                                                                 JUICE FOR ANEMIA


- 2 medium-sized beetroots

- 2 medium-sized carrots

- 1 green apple

- 1-inch piece of ginger

- 1 lemon


1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.

2. Peel the beetroots, carrots, and ginger.

3. Core the apple and cut it into smaller pieces.

4. Cut the lemon in half and remove the seeds.
