                                                  Grilled Balsamic-Glazed Ribeye Steak:


- 2 Ribeye steaks (8-10 ounces each)

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon honey

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.

2. Place the Ribeye steaks in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them. Make sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill the Ribeye steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired doneness.

5. While grilling, brush the steaks with the leftover glaze to enhance the flavor.

6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve the grilled balsamic-glazed Ribeye steaks with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad for a healthy and satisfying meal. Enjoy!
